These 30 Low-Lift Meals Are Keeping Me Alive in July

I’ve been leaning hard on low lift meals lately because, honestly, the heat is winning and my energy is on its last leg. Cooking needs to feel like something I can do, not something I have to psych myself up for. These are the kinds of meals that let me eat well without doing much, and right now that’s the only standard I care about. They’re quick, they work, and they don’t make my kitchen feel like the inside of a toaster.
