Breakfast Bagel Sliders

Ingredients
  

  • 8 everything bagels mini
  • 10 eggs
  • 8 sausage patties
  • 16 slices cheddar cheese
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons garlic salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. In a large pan, cook the sausage patties over medium-high heat until fully cooked and browned on both sides. Set aside.
  • In the same pan, scramble the eggs in the leftover sausage grease. Turn off the heat.
  • In a 9x13 baking dish, place the bottoms of the bagels, and add a slice of cheese on each.
  • Add a sausage patty on top of each bagel bottom, then layer with scrambled eggs and a second slice of cheese. Top with the bagel tops.
  • Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl, mix in the garlic salt, and brush the garlic butter over the tops of the bagels.
  • Bake for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Lift out with a spatula to serve and enjoy!
