Cuisine American
- 8 sausage patties
- 10 large eggs
- 8 mini everything bagels
- 16 slices cheddar cheese
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 2 tablespoons garlic salt
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
In a large pan, cook the sausage patties over medium-high heat until fully cooked and browned on both sides. Set aside.
In the same pan, scramble the eggs in the leftover sausage grease until just set, about 2–3 minutes. Turn off the heat.
In a 9x13 baking dish, place the bottoms of the bagels, and add a slice of cheese on each.
Top each with a sausage patty, scrambled eggs, and another slice of cheddar cheese. Place the bagel tops on each slider.
In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine the melted butter and garlic salt. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the tops of the bagels.
Bake for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Lift out with a spatula to serve and enjoy!
- If your sausage patties are large, cut them in half before assembling so they fit neatly on the mini bagels.
- Scramble the eggs just until set since they will continue cooking slightly in the oven.
- Store leftover sliders in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in a 350°F oven for 8–10 minutes or microwave individual sliders for 30–60 seconds until warmed through.
